The AquaEl Classic 40 Rectangular Aquarium Kit is a modern aquarium set measuring just 41cm in length and includes lighting, heater and filter that is suitable for both tropical or coldwater fish. The tank itself is a modern, stylish design with a 25 litre capacity.

The use of electronic lighting components eliminates the effect of heating the water and eliminates the flickering commonly associated with fluorescent lamps. The lights are long lasting and energy efficient.

AquaEl Classic 40 Rectangular Aquarium Kit

Brought this tank to replace another one. It was packaged well and had been checked by company who supplied it. The filter and heater were boxed and the instructions to put them together were fairly easy, I certainly had no trouble in following them. Once the tank was set up and my fish were in their new home I could sit back and take a nice long look at the tank. The lid is good (my last tank was let down by the lid) and has an opening for food. The light is nice although I would have like an LED but it works ok for me. I did purchase a timer so i could set an on and off time for the light, so maybe something like that could be offered in future tanks? The filter works very well, you can hear it but not above the noise of the TV. The heater comes on and off and keeps the tank at a good constant temperature. I really dont have any negative things to say about it really. My fish certainly love it!
