JBL CO2 Diffuser: Modular system, therefore easily extended and made to fit any aquarium height from 30 cm and higher - 100 cm (40") diffusion length for CO2 in aquariums up to 200 l. - Separate bubble counter not required - No pump drive required - Grey colouring reduces algae growth - Can be dismantled for easy cleaning - For aquariums 20 cm (8") high and over - Cap prevents loss of CO2 - Adaptable to virtually any CO2 fitting.
The bubble count: The CO2 requirement depends on the water volume, the carbonate hardness, the desired pH and the consumption by the plant growth.
Begin with one bubble in every second winding of the unit, then increase gradually as required in the course of the next few days. Use the pH-value as a control.
To monitor the pH, we recommend the JBL Test Set Permanent CO2 plus pH. The bubble path can be extended by inserting any number of extension sets (MC112).

| Vario CO2 Diffuser | Maintainance: CO2-vario consists of grey coloured makrolon which helps to prevent algae growth inside the bubble path. If required, clean the unit under clean running tap water. If cleaning is necessary, simply dismantle the unit by pulling the modular sections apart. After cleaning, simply re-assemble the unit. The modular sections have latchings which must be seated correctly to make an uninterrupted bubble path. The bubble path can be extended by inserting any number of extension sets (MC112). |
