Helix Max

The Aqua Medic Helix Max is ideal for salt and freshwater aquariums, available from Swell UK.

Water clarifier for salt- and freshwater aquariums and garden ponds.

Can eliminate single cell algae’s giving crystal clear water in aquariums and ponds.

Helps eradicate bacteria and other water borne parasites and decreases the risk of fish acquiring infections.

Controlled water flow and the large volume of the Helix Max ensure maximum efficacy.

The water is directed in a spiral path around the quartz tube resulting in more efficient use of the UV radiation than in standard units.

Inlet and outlet fittings can be rotated through 360° for easy mounting in any angle.

Helix Max sterilisers are available in five sizes:

5 and 9 watts for salt- and freshwater aquariums. 18, 36 and 55 watts with 10m rubber cable and high frequency electronic ballast for aquariums and garden ponds.

The electronic ballast increases the lifetime and the efficacy of the UV lamps.
