The Arcadia T5 Ultra-Seal Starter Unit is an electronic fluorescent lighting controller from Arcadia. It incorporates a waterproof (IP67) plastic housing, with integral mains switch and indicator, Ultra Seal IP67 lamp leads. It also includes two types of mounting clip for flexibility of installation and includes a high frequency electronic ballast.
