The Red sea Max T5 54W 10,000K Tube is a high output white light bulb that is specifically designed for use with Red Sea Max Aquariums.

It is useful for helping to maintain photosynthesis of the corals and other invertebrates within the aquarium. Thereby allowing them to extract carbon dioxide from the water and produce oxygen, thereby making the aquarium more habitable and improving their growth.

Red sea max aquariums usually consist of six light bulbs, three of which are white, while the other three are actinic (blue).

The high output of this light bulb ensures that the aquarium remains bright, whilst the actinic bulb is useful for bringing out the vivid colours of the aquariums fish and plant life.
