Reef Life Calcium is an additive to supply reef aquariums with dissolved Calcium. With Reef Life Calcium an optimum Calcium level in the aquarium can be adjusted and maintained easily and in a natural way. 10ml REEF LIFE CALCIUM will raise the Calcium concentration in a 100 l aquarium for approx 17.5mg/l. Dosage: 35ml/week for an average 100 l aquarium. The addition of REEF LIFE CALCIUM can be automised using the REEFDOSER, a dosing pump controller. For the use with the REEFDOSER, we reccomend to add REEF LIFE CALCIUM not concentrated, but to add 500ml REEF LIFE CALCIUM in a 5l canister and fill it up with destilled water. In aquariums with many hard corals, the Calcium requirement has to be checked with a good Calcium test kit, so the dosage can be adjusted. REEF LIFE CALCIUM should always be used in combination with REEF LIFE KH BUFFER, and REEF LIFE TRACE in order to stabilise not only the calcium content, but also the carbonate hardness (KH) and the pH.
