Red Sea NO3:PO4-X Nitrate and Phosphate Remover

Red Sea X Nitrate and Phosphate Remover (NO3PO4-X) is designed to effectively prevent the growth of algae, while promoting the growth of coral and coloration.

Micro-biological reduction occurs naturally within your aquarium by means of live rocks, substrates and filter media. This product supports the natural process of nutrient reduction at steady increments that do not damage the existing coral.

This biochemical product contains a mineral complex and a special blend of carbon sources that prevent the growth of sulphate reducing bacteria.

It is used to gradually change the amount of nutrients provided to the algae, allowing the corals to steadily adapt, avoiding UV shock and starvation of the corals.
