Hozelock Ecocel 2500, 5000 and 10000 are a simple but very effective range of biological pond filters, available from Swell UK at discounted prices.
Product characteristics at a glance:
- Water enters the unit via a spray head, which aerates the water for a high oxygen content.
- Solid particles are trapped in the foam sheet - almost solid free, the water then passes through plastic biomedia where beneficial bacteria cleanse pollutants
- Purified water then passes up an outlet tube and back into the pond.
- Features a viewing hatch to check maintenance and observe the filter in operation.
The units are available in 2500, 5000 and10000 litre capacities.
