Black Knight Spawning Brushes encourage fish to spawn and even if you have never bred fish before you will be amazed how easy it can be with the help of these brushes.
Place the brushes just below the water level, one above the other edge of the pond.
This will encourage the fish to spawn, which usually happens in the early hours of the morning, having been preceded by an evening of flurried activity by the fish.
After the spawning, its a good idea to seperate the brushes from the broodfish, otherwise the eggs will be eaten.
Keeping the brushes in the same filtered water temprerature as before, will enable the fry to hatch in 3-6 days.
The small fish should be kept separate until they are large enough to be introduced back into the pond.
