1. Found a product that's cheaper on a competitor's site? Is it in stock, not in a sale, not damaged stock and not on Ebay? If so, fill in the form below and we'll try and match it or beat it.
2. Tell us the product name, the price (including delivery and VAT) and provide a link to the product page on the competitor's site. We'll check it out and see if we can beat it.
3. If we can beat the price, we'll drop you an email to accept your request. You can call us and place your order by phone and get the product at a reduced price!

We'll beat the price you provide, but some terms and conditions do apply:

1. The product must be in stock, brand new and boxed, not on sale, clearance, damaged, shop soiled or an auction formatted offer.
2. The product must be like-for-like. If we provide a free gift, this won't be included if a competitor doesn't offer the same.
3. We only beat prices for UK-based retailers and are unable to provide this service for Ebay sellers.
4. The product price must include any surcharges ie. postage and packaging, VAT etc.
5. A link to the competitors product page must be provided.
6. We must be able to verify our competitors price.
7. You must have requested the Lowest Price Guarantee quote and have your request excepted and confirmed by us via email, before placing your order on the telephone.
8. Swell UK reserves the right to reject price beat requests.
9. Please note: Lowest Price Guarantee requests cannot be made after an order has been processed.
