I received my order today and I just wanted to say a big THANK YOU for the excellent service provided. I found your website through a web search for a pond pump and found it very easy to negotiate, once I had I identified the pump I thought would be suitable I called your company for further advice on this product and found the gentlemen I spoke to very helpful and courteous. Having received my order today I phoned and spoke to a gentleman called Tom about my discount vouchers enclosed with my order, he was extremely helpful and the outcome was to benefit me. Having just logged on to my emails I discovered that I had been sent an email from the despatch department telling me my order had been delivered and that I had signed for it, this is the first time I have had this information when ordering from the net and I have to say I am really impressed.
