Blagdon Filter Media

Blagdon have created an excellent range of filter media which will remove all trace of grime from your pond. Every aspect of filtration is covered, with suitable media for mechanical, biological and chemical filtration.

Foam sets are available in the Mini Pond range. This pack of 3 foams will remove all particles of grime and muck, even the very finest iota. There are packs for each Midi Pond filter, simply pick the corresponding pack. There are also carbon pads to remove all traces of odour and taint in the water.

Biological filtration is covered too with the Blagdon Ceramic Biological Filer Media. The ceramic rings have a large surface area which promotes the growth of healthy bacteria. The holes allow the water to flow through freely, exposing as much of it as possible to the nutrient eating bacteria.
