Can I amend my order after I've placed it? >>


If the order hasn’t been dispatched, we will do our best but in peak times it is unlikely we can do this.

Can I cancel my order after I've placed it? >>


If the order hasn’t been dispatched, we do our upmost to do so, but in peak times we are unable to guarantee this. You will need to call our team to do this.

I've received a faulty item, what should I do? >>


You will need to call our team to go over a few trouble shooting questions, if we are unable to diagnose over the phone, we will arrange a collection for a further inspection.

I've received an incorrect item in my order, what do I do? >>


Please get in touch via our Contact Page and we will arrange a collection, and ensure the correct item is dispatched out to you as soon as possible.

I'm missing an item from my order, what do I do? >>


Please contact us via our Contact Page, with the two initials on the picking and packing section of your delivery note. CCTV will be monitored to establish where the issue has come from.

What happens if my order arrives damaged? >>


Get in touch with us via our Contact Page, with your order number and the damaged item details, and we’ll be in touch to get this sorted out for you as quickly as possible.
