Red Sea Reefer 200 G2+ combines an ultra-clear aquarium with an ultra-modern cabinet in a black or white finish to seamlessly integrate into any living space. What are the features of this marine fish tank?

Red Sea Reefer marine aquariums are constructed from ultra-clear, bevelled-edge glass. This rimless glass has an increased thickness of 10 mm. Each Reefer aquarium is fitted with a marine-spec laminated cabinet made from plywood panels that follow the contour of the glass. Additionally, it features stainless steel hinges and adjustable feet for easy levelling. As well as a newly improved water management system, Reefer G2+ tanks combine REEF- SPEC infrastructure with the freedom to install all your preferred hardware.

The cabinet houses a professional REEF-SPEC sump as well as a mechanical filtration media compartment. This removable, ReefMat-ready mechanical filtration compartment is complete with micron filter socks and media cups. Your aquarium water filters through the filter media before entering an adjustable height skimmer chamber for optimal skimmer performance.

Reefer 200 features dual side-facing return pump outlets that offer optimal water circulation. The piping is neatly concealed within a large central overflow box, which also houses a large surface skimmer with removable comb parts for quick and easy tank maintenance.

The overflow box also houses the silent downflow system, which includes a new and improved high-precision valve and a larger rectangular inlet to the downflow pipe. As a result, noise is reduced and water flow is simple to control. All pipework is included and comes assembled and glued, so all you need to do is assemble your tank. A bubble-removing cascade removes any air bubbles from returning to the aquarium.

Red Sea has combined the well-known Reefer tank system with the cutting-edge ReefLED 90 lighting. The LED lighting kit comes with one ReefLED light and a custom mounting system that fixes securely into the aquarium's back wall and can be rotated upright to make reef-scaping a breeze. This LED light adds a gentle shimmer to the aquarium while encouraging coral growth and dramatic colouration. ReefLED lights are guaranteed to be reef-safe and are simple to install.

ReefLED can be controlled remotely from your smartphone thanks to Red Sea's ReefBeat smart aquarium app. Red Sea is known for its aquatic expertise as a market leader in aquarium equipment. Using ReefBeat, you can integrate LED lighting, dosing and wave pumps, plus filtration into one smart aquarium system.

At the heart of this aquarium lighting is a single, compact LED array that includes a multi-wavelength, 23,000 Kelvin "REEF-SPEC Blue" channel (a proprietary blend of blue, violet and ultraviolet LEDs). Together with an 8,000K White channel, this lighting provides a reef-safe range of colour temperatures which enable all corals to flourish. In addition, a separate dedicated 3W moonlight channel provides low levels of light for reef-safe night-time viewing.
