The Reef Factory Power Switcher is a small socket designed for aquariums, allowing you to connect and control any electrical device. The Reef Factory Power Switcher can program each electrical device to turn on and off in a specific pattern. Additionally, you can remotely control the devices through the SmartReef app, available on iOS and Android.

How to use the Reef Factory Power Switcher?

The Reef Factory Power Switches is an intelligent socket not limited to just lamps and pumps. Once your device is connected, it can manage other electrical devices. Programming, delaying and remote management are the main features when connected to other devices.

The Reef Factory Power Switcher also includes a restart delay function, which is particularly helpful when using a connected skimmer. In the event of a power outage, the delay function will turn the device back on with a pre-set delay to prevent your skimmer from overflowing and keep any collected skimate (poor bacteria) from entering the aquarium.

The Power Switcher is continually evolving, and Reef Factory anticipates adding more features through software updates. The Action section of the Smart Reef app allows you to integrate the Power Switcher with other devices. The Reef Factory Power Switcher is iOS and Android compatible, WiFi Connectivity available.
