Damages
Unfortunately, although we check that items we send are in good condition before despatch, and try to pack them well to prevent damage, it is sadly inevitable that the occasional item will get broken in transit.
Should this happen to you, please let us know within 24 hours of arrival and fill in the form below, providing some images of the damage so we can address this with the courier.
We'll sort out a replacement as quickly as we can and get it despatched to you free of charge. This usually takes a few days if we have a replacement in stock, but it could potentially take a little longer if we have to order another one from our suppliers.
If you have received an item that is faulty but hasn't been damaged in transit, you can return it by following the steps in the 'How to return a faulty item' section of the returns page.
1. Check your order
Please check your order carefully after it arrives, as our couriers require us to report any damages to them within 24 hours of the parcel's arrival.
2. Take some photos of the damage
Take some photographs of the damaged item, and the packaging, so we can show the courier and try and prevent the same thing happening again.
3. Submit your claim below
Fill in the form below and upload your images within 24 hours of your order's arrival. We'll arrange for a free replacement to be sent as soon as we can.
