What is Repashy SuperGreen?
Repashy SuperGreen is a gel premix that is designed for obligate herbivore fish and invertebrates, providing them with the algae diet they need to survive.
Why buy this gel premix?
This vegan algae mix is ideal for many Cichlid species, as well as catfish and other freshwater species that enjoy algae. Whilst this is the perfect diet for some species, it can be enjoyed by any omnivorous species as well, providing a varied diet.Â
How do I use this fish food?
The premix gel formula is easy to use and store, making feeding simple. Just add 1 part of Repashy SuperGreen powder to 3 parts of water, and stir together. Once mixed, microwave or slowly heat until it starts to boil and then remove from the heat, stirring. Pour this cooling mixture out to a suitable mould, ideally a flat receptacle. Let sit at room temperature until firm and then feed as needed by simply cutting to a suitable size. Any food not used initially can be stored in a fridge for up to two weeks, or in the freezer for up to 6 months.Â
This comes in an 85g tub, and the lifespan of this product can be extended by storing in the fridge.
