This Hugo Kamishi Natural Gravel is a fantastic choice of substrate for a range of different aquariums, including stunning planted aquascapes. It's made up of many different colours, with tones of grey, beige, brown, and white.

As a naturally sourced gravel, each grain has a unique shape. This gives the gravel a lot of texture and makes it very easy on the eye. For this reason, it can be used as a top layer and/or scatter gravel in a planted aquascape. It can also be used to build height in the back of an aquarium.

Is there a variety of Hugo Kamishi Natural Gravels to choose from?

Yes, this Hugo Kamishi Natural Gravel comes in three different varieties. There's a fine-grained option (with grain sizes between 1-2mm), a medium-grained option (with grain sizes between 3-4mm), and a coarse-grained option (with grain sizes between 4-8mm).

All three varieties of Hugo Kamishi Natural Gravel come in large, 15kg bags. There's enough gravel in just one of these bags to create a significant substrate layer (suitable for aquatic plants) in a 100L aquarium. For larger aquariums, you'll likely need a second or third bag.
