Corydoras Adolphi 4cm Catfish Overview: The Corydoras Adolfoi, commonly known as Adolfo's Cory, is a small and peaceful freshwater fish that adds a touch of grace to any aquarium. With their striking black band running over their eyes and bright orange head, these catfish are not only captivating but also incredibly active and entertaining to watch. Origin: Native to the Amazon River basin in Brazil, these bottom-dwellers thrive in soft, acidic water. They are typically found in shallow, slow-moving waters with plenty of vegetation. Feeding: Omnivorous by nature, Corydoras Adolfoi are not picky eaters. They do well on a varied diet of high-quality sinking pellets, flakes, frozen or live foods such as bloodworms, daphnia, and brine shrimp. Regular feeding and a balanced diet keep them healthy and vibrant. Tank Mates: Ideal for community tanks, these Corydoras are best kept with other peaceful fish. They enjoy the company of their own kind, so keeping them in groups of at least 5-6 helps them feel secure and active. Other small, non-aggressive fish like tetras, rasboras, and dwarf cichlids make excellent tank mates. Aggression: Known for their peaceful and sociable nature, Adolfo's Corys are the epitome of non-aggression. They are more likely to be intimidated by larger or more aggressive fish, so it's best to pair them with similarly gentle species. Experience Level: Suitable for aquarists of all levels, Corydoras Adolfoi are particularly great for beginners due to their hardy nature and simple care requirements. Water Parameters:
