What is Aquaforest Microelements Kalium?

Aquaforest Microelements Kalium is a marine aquarium supplement that contains highly concentrated potassium. Potassium is an important element responsible for neurological functions. In soft < ahref=https://www.swelluk.com/livestock/marine-livestock/corals>corals, potassium participates in the transport of nutrients. In SPS corals the deficiency of this valuable element causes a faded pink and red colour. Usage of zeolites-based filtration media in the aquarium may lead to potassium deficiency. Regular and balanced use of Kalium maintains a proper level of potassium and strengthens the red and pink colouration of SPS corals. The recommended level of potassium in the reef aquarium is 360-380 mg/l.

Dosage: 1 drop per 100L daily. 1ml of Kalium in 100L of water raises the potassium level by 1.86 ppm.
