This is an upgrade of the best-selling Arcadia Ceramic Reflector Lamp and comes with the same high levels of safety and optimum light projection. This complete kit also includes a free vivarium fittings kit with a fitting bracket and a hanging bracket for easy fitting in wooden vivariums, glass terrariums, mesh enclosures and even tortoise tables.

How does this reflector clamp lamp work?

Light is reflected back via the high-quality reflective aluminium dome, and creates an intense light beam without wasting any energy. This creates an area of intense heat that your pet can bask in. For added safety, the clamp lamp has a removable mesh cover that will prevent your pet from burning, protect lamps and protect you as you carry out maintenance or handle your reptile.

Which bulbs can I use in this fitting?

This is suitable for use with a wide range of bulbs, including solarbasking heat lamps, halogen flood lamps, UV-B compact lamps and also mercury vapour bulbs, such as the Arcadia D3 UV Basking Lamp. However, please note that if a mercury bulb is used, it must be positioned vertically to work.
