Assorted Hillstream Loaches are uniquely shaped freshwater fish adapted to fast-flowing mountain streams. With their flattened bodies and sucker-like fins, they cling to rocks and glass while grazing on algae. Their unusual appearance and active behavior make them a standout choice for specialised freshwater aquariums.

Feeding
Omnivorous grazer
Feeds on algae, biofilm, and aufwuchs
Supplement with algae wafers, sinking pellets, blanched vegetables, and occasional frozen foods
