Overview

Bekko Butterfly Classic Koi Carp are elegant ornamental koi featuring long, flowing butterfly fins and a clean white, red, or yellow base accented with bold black (sumi) markings. Their refined contrast and graceful movement make them a striking centerpiece in ponds and large aquariums.

Japan – selectively bred for ornamental ponds

Feeding

• Omnivorous: accepts high-quality koi pellets, flakes, and occasional fresh vegetables or live foods

• Feed 1–2 times daily in moderation

• Suitable for outdoor ponds or large indoor aquariums

• Minimum pond volume: 1,000 liters for adult specimens

• Requires strong filtration and good water circulation
