Blonde Lipstick Naso Tang Naso Lituratus The Blonde Lipstick Naso Tang, scientifically known as Naso lituratus, is a striking marine fish prized by aquarium enthusiasts. Originating from the Indo-Pacific region, this tang is characterized by its bright yellow dorsal fin, in contrast to the standard Naso tang which has a dark grey to black dorsal fin. These tangs are generally peaceful and make suitable tank mates for other peaceful reef-safe fish, though they may exhibit some aggression towards their own kind. They are herbivores and require a diet rich in marine algae and vegetable matter. For optimal care, Blonde Lipstick Naso Tangs need a spacious aquarium of at least 125 gallons with strong water flow and high-quality filtration. The water parameters should be maintained at a temperature of 72-82°F, pH of 8.1-8.4, and specific gravity of 1.020-1.025. This fish is recommended for experienced marine aquarium hobbyists due to its specific care requirements.Above images for illustration purposes only.
