Origin: Native to the soft, acidic waters of the Amazon River Basin in South America, the Cupid Cichlid is found in slow-moving rivers and streams. Its natural habitat is characterized by a plethora of submerged vegetation and a sandy or muddy substrate, providing ample hiding spots and breeding grounds. Feeding: The Cupid Cichlid is an omnivore with a preference for a varied diet.
