Dwarf Koi Fairy Wrasse Cirrhilabrus Aquamarinus Overview: The Dwarf Koi Fairy Wrasse, a radiant gem of the sea, captivates with its vibrant colors and dynamic swimming patterns. This small, peaceful fish is a favorite among marine aquarium enthusiasts, thanks to its striking appearance and amiable nature. Ideal for adding a splash of color and activity to any saltwater tank, the Dwarf Koi Fairy Wrasse is a true spectacle of the underwater world. Origin: Native to the coral reefs of the Western Pacific Ocean, this species thrives in environments rich in coral and rock formations. They are commonly found at depths ranging from 20 to 60 meters, where they can easily hide among corals and crevices. Feeding: Omnivorous by nature, the Dwarf Koi Fairy Wrasse requires a varied diet to maintain its health and coloration. A mix of high-quality marine flakes, frozen and live foods such as brine shrimp, mysis shrimp, and plankton are ideal. Feed small amounts 2-3 times a day. Tank Mates: This Wrasse is best housed with other peaceful fish and can coexist with a variety of tank mates including other fairy Wrasses, small gobies, and dartfish. Avoid aggressive species that may bully or stress them. Aggression: Known for their peaceful demeanor, Dwarf Koi Fairy Wrasses are not aggressive towards other tank mates. They are, however, territorial with their own kind, so it's advisable to keep them singly unless the aquarium is large enough to support a group with plenty of hiding spots. Experience Level: Intermediate. While not overly demanding, maintaining optimal water conditions and a varied diet is crucial for their wellbeing. Water Parameters:
