Overview:
The Fiji Orange Spot Filefish is a striking reef specialist, featuring a slender body with bright orange spots on a pale blue or green background. Its unique coloration and delicate appearance make it a standout species for experienced marine aquarists.

Origin:
Native to the Indo-Pacific region, particularly around Fiji and neighboring coral reefs, where it inhabits shallow coral-rich areas.

Feeding:
Specialist feeder – primarily consumes live coral polyps in the wild. In captivity, it requires prepared foods formulated for coral-feeding species, enriched with mysis, spirulina, or specialized coral diets.

Tank Mates:
Best kept with peaceful reef fish. Avoid aggressive or territorial species that may stress or outcompete this delicate filefish.

Aggression:
Non-aggressive; highly peaceful and suitable for calm reef setups.

Experience Level:
Advanced – requires a mature, well-established reef tank with abundant live coral to thrive.
