Flowerhorn Cichlid – White Angel

Overview:
The White Angel Flowerhorn is a premium, show-quality strain recognized for its pure white body coloration with subtle pearling, a prominent nuchal hump (kok), and elegant, balanced fins. Known for its confident and interactive personality, the White Angel is a stunning centerpiece in any aquarium.

Origin:
Developed through selective breeding of Chinese Zhen Zhu and Luohan lines, focusing on enhanced pearling, pure white coloration, and kok prominence.

Feeding:

• Staple: High-quality Flowerhorn pellets for growth, color retention, and health.

• Supplements: Freeze-dried shrimp, bloodworms, krill, and spirulina-based foods to maintain pearl shine and body tone.

• Routine: 2–3 small feedings daily.

Tank Mates:

• Best kept alone due to territorial nature.

• Can be housed with other large, aggressive cichlids only in partitioned tanks.

Aggression:
Highly territorial and dominant. Thrives as a solo display fish.

Experience Level:
Intermediate to Advanced. Recommended for aquarists familiar with large cichlids or Flowerhorns.
