Green Tree Frog Litoria Caerulea 5cm "Welcome to our store featuring the charming Green Tree Frog, scientifically known as Litoria caerulea. These delightful amphibians hail from the lush rainforests of Australia and are beloved for their vibrant green hue and endearing personalities. Green Tree Frogs are relatively easy to care for and thrive on a diet primarily consisting of live insects such as crickets, roaches, and occasional treats like waxworms. Their tank setup should include plenty of vegetation and branches for climbing, as they're arboreal creatures by nature. In terms of tank mates, these frogs are best kept in a species-only enclosure as they might view smaller animals as potential prey. They're generally peaceful creatures but can be territorial, so providing ample space per frog is advisable. Their care requirements are straightforward, making them suitable for all experience levels, from beginners to seasoned reptile enthusiasts. Maintaining a temperature range of 75-85°F (24-29°C) with high humidity levels is crucial for their well-being. A shallow water dish should be provided for soaking, and regular misting to maintain humidity is essential.Above images for illustration purposes only. Exact colours, patterns, and size may vary between individuals.
