Jade Sleeper Goby Dormitator Maculatus 10cm "Introducing the captivating Jade Sleeper Goby (Dormitator Maculatus), a striking addition to any freshwater aquarium. Originating from Central and South America, these gobies showcase a mesmerizing jade-green hue, adding an exotic charm to your tank. Feeding on a varied diet consisting of small live foods like bloodworms, brine shrimp, and high-quality pellets, they're relatively easy to nourish. They're peaceful tank inhabitants, making them great companions for other non-aggressive fish of similar size in a moderately-sized aquarium (preferably 30 gallons or larger). Known for their calm demeanor, they rarely exhibit aggression towards tank mates, making them a suitable choice for community tanks. Their moderate care requirements make them ideal for aquarists with some prior experience in maintaining freshwater setups. To ensure their well-being, maintain water temperatures between 75‚°F to 82‚°F (24‚°C to 28‚°C) with a pH range of 6.5 to 8.0. Providing a sandy substrate mimicking their natural habitat and ample hiding spots will keep these gobies content and thriving in your aquarium." This description captures the key aspects of the Jade Sleeper Goby, highlighting its appearance, origin, care, and compatibility within an aquarium setting.
