Origin

Native to the fast-flowing rivers of South America, particularly in Venezuela and Colombia, the L200 Green Phantom Pleco is adapted to environments with strong currents. Its natural habitat comprises rocky substrates where it can graze on biofilm and algae.

Feeding

Primarily an herbivore, the L200 Green Phantom Pleco's diet should be rich in vegetable-based foods. Algae wafers, blanched vegetables (such as zucchini, cucumber, and spinach), and occasional high-quality sinking pellets make up a balanced diet.
