Overview:
The Long Fin Macolor Sweetlips is a striking and elegant marine fish, recognized for its elongated fins, dark body, and contrasting white spots, especially prominent in juveniles. Its graceful swimming and dramatic patterns make it a visually captivating centerpiece for large aquariums.

Origin:
Native to the Indo-Pacific region, commonly found in coral reefs, lagoons, and outer reef slopes.

Feeding:
Carnivorous – feeds on crustaceans, mollusks, worms, and other meaty marine foods. Regular feeding ensures healthy growth and maintains vibrant coloration.

Tank Mates:
Best kept with peaceful to moderately semi-aggressive fish of similar size. Avoid very small fish or invertebrates, which may be eaten.

Aggression:
Generally peaceful – may display minor territorial behavior as adults but is not aggressive.

Experience Level:
Intermediate to Advanced – requires a large, well-established aquarium with ample swimming space and hiding spots.
