Metallic White Classic Koi Carp (Cyprinus carpio)

Overview:
The Metallic White Classic Koi is an elegant ornamental koi featuring a pure, luminous white body with a smooth metallic sheen. Its clean coloration and classic koi shape create a refined and striking presence in any pond setting.

Origin:
Originating from Japan, metallic koi varieties are bred for their brilliant reflective scales and refined appearance. The classic fin structure enhances the koi’s graceful swimming motion and timeless aesthetic.

Feeding:
Omnivorous. Feed high-quality, color-enhancing koi pellets as a staple, supplemented with vegetables, shrimp, or seasonal treats. Feed 1–2 times daily during warmer months.

Tank / Pond Mates:
Peaceful and social. Best kept with other koi or calm, similarly sized pond fish such as goldfish.

Temperament / Aggression:
Very peaceful and non-aggressive, making it ideal for mixed koi ponds.

Experience Level:
Beginner to advanced. Hardy and adaptable, thriving with good water quality and adequate pond space.

• Temperature: 10–25°C (50–77°F)

• pH: 6.5–8.5

• Water Type: Freshwater

• Minimum Pond Size: 1,000+ gallons recommended
