Nishikoi Clearwaters is one the most effective and popular pond treatments on the market. The treatment will clear troublesome blanket weed and algae from pond water and stop it from returning too.
It contains an algaecide which is fast and powerful way to kill algae cells. Algae and blanket weed is a common problem over the summer months and adding a dose of Clearwaters can stop the issue before it takes over your entire pond. Microbes consume the nutrients that cause algae and therefore stop it from regrouping and returning.

I've been using this for some time. I can't be sure if it is effective - the blanket weed comes back remarkably quickly after I clear it out manually, but I have seen professional reviews that suggest it is about the best product for weed suppression so I will keep using it. -
