What is the Oase BioStyle?

The Oase BioStyle range are compact and convenient hang-on filters. Available in three sizes, these quiet operating filters are suitable for aquariums between 70-180 litres. In a grey colour with a sleek, modern design, these external filters do not take up space inside your tank. The BioStyle filters meet the highest demands in water filtration and filter cleaning, ensuring healthy, clear aquarium water.

The Oase BioStyle hang on filter is designed with adjustable flow control that allows you to change the intensity of the water flow rate and oxygenation. Backed by a 3-year guarantee, these BioStyle aquarium filters are very quiet and easy to maintain.

What are the advantages of the BioStyle filter?

The BioStyle features a multi-stage filter cartridge with fleece and sponge to add further biological filtration as the water flows through the filter chamber. The biological filter foam traps debris and waste while offering surface area for beneficial bacteria. The biological adhesion surface, activated carbon and zeolites absorb toxic residues in the water plus the membrane, altogether ensuring fine filtration. On the top of the unit, an integrated maintenance indicator shows when it’s time to clean or replace this filter cartridge.

The Oase BioStyle features an adjustable spacer for flexible installation and the perfect fit onto different aquarium glass thicknesses. The telescopic suction tube allows you to optimally position the height of the water level and only the water intake nozzle touches the water.
