Ocean Nutrition Cichlid Vegi Flakes are specially formulated flakes rich in vitamins, minerals, and plant matter. They've been designed with herbivorous Cichlids in mind, but they can be fed to almost any plant-loving fish. Ocean Nutrition have used a recipe that includes several natural pigments that intensify the blue, red, and yellow colours on many Cichlids.

How do I feed these Ocean Nutrition Cichlid Vegi Flakes?
