Ornate White Fin Bentosi Tetra Hyphessobrycon Bentosi 2cm Overview: The Ornate White Fin Bentosi Tetra, distinguished by its elegant, flowing fins and striking markings, is a peaceful and captivating addition to any freshwater aquarium. With its shimmering silver body adorned with delicate white finnage, this tetra adds grace and beauty to community tanks. Origin: Originating from the rivers and streams of South America, particularly Brazil and the Amazon Basin, these tetras thrive in well-oxygenated, slow-moving waters abundant with vegetation. Feeding: These tetras are omnivores, readily accepting high-quality flake foods, micro pellets, and frozen or live foods like bloodworms and brine shrimp. Supplement their diet with vegetable matter for optimal health and coloration. Tank Mates: Peaceful and sociable, Bentosi Tetras coexist harmoniously with other small, non-aggressive fish such as other tetras, rasboras, small catfish like Corydoras, and peaceful dwarf cichlids. Avoid pairing them with larger or aggressive species that might intimidate them. Aggression: These tetras are exceptionally peaceful and exhibit no aggression towards other tank inhabitants. They prefer the safety of shoaling and thrive when kept in groups of at least six individuals. Experience Level: Ideal for aquarists of all levels, including beginners, due to their hardiness and ease of care. However, maintaining suitable water conditions and providing a well-balanced diet are crucial for their health and longevity. Water Parameters:

• Temperature: 72-78°F (22-26°C)
• pH: 6.0-7.5
• Hardness: Soft to slightly hard water, around 5-12 dGH
• Ammonia, nitrite, and nitrate levels should be consistently monitored and kept at safe levels through regular water changes.
