How do I use this Trace Elements Manganese 150ml?

It's important to first check your reef tank's manganese levels prior to any dosing. This is best done with a professional ICP test. These tests will not only tell you whether your manganese levels need adjusting, but your levels of other trace elements too.

In seawater, manganese concentrations typically fall between 1-2 µg/l. This is the recommended range that reefkeepers should aim for in their reef tanks.

To dose, add 1ml of manganese per 100L of saltwater. This will increase manganese levels by 2 µg/l. Manganese can be removed from your aquarium very quickly, so dose regularly to keep your levels within an appropriate range.
