Shusui Classic Koi Carp

Overview

Shusui Classic Koi Carp are beautiful ornamental koi recognized for their blue-gray back with a row of large, metallic scales along the dorsal line and bright orange-red accents on the belly and fins, creating a striking, reflective appearance. They are ideal for ponds and large aquariums, admired for their elegance and serene swimming.

Japan – selectively bred for ornamental ponds

Feeding

• Omnivorous: accepts high-quality koi pellets, flakes, and occasional fresh vegetables or live foods

• Feed 1–2 times daily in moderation

Tank/Pond Requirements

• Suitable for outdoor ponds or large indoor aquariums

• Minimum pond volume: 1,000 liters for adult specimens

• Requires proper filtration and aeration
