What is the Swell Anemone Crab?

The Anemone Crab is a gorgeous looking crab which will form a bond with certain anemone species that you have in your aquarium. They will seek shelter in the tentacles of the using them for both camouflage and for protections while making sure that the anemone keeps clean and feeds it with any of their leftovers. They have adapted to be able to live in the anemones by having claws that can handle anemones sting. The claws are long and sleek which allows the crabs to navigate through the tentacles safely. Careful consideration needs to be taken to ensure that the right anemone is chosen for your crab as not all species of anemone are compatible with this species of crab

How are these invertebrates delivered to you?

The delivery time for your invertebrates will be two working days if ordered before 2pm Monday - Thursday, and if you ordered after 2pm on a Thursday until Sunday then they should arrive with you by Tuesday. They will arrive in a polystyrene box and be bagged with oxygen which will allow them to stay packaged for up to 48 hours, if they are ordered during winter they will also come with heat pads for warmth. There is a one off £30 delivery charge regardless of how many fish you buy per order.
