What is the D&D KH Manager?

The D&D KH Manager is an advanced automated reef aquarium controller designed to continuously monitor and maintain stable alkalinity (KH) and pH levels. This unit automatically samples aquarium water, performs KH and pH testing, and doses KH buffer solution with precision using built‐in stepper motor pumps.

The KH Manager helps reef keepers maintain consistent water chemistry by reducing manual testing and automatically correcting KH fluctuations. It can also integrate with additional dosing pumps and calcium reactors for more advanced automated reef management.

The D&D KH Manager is packed with intelligent automaton and monitoring features designed specifically for modern reef aquariums.

Automated testing & dosing

The unit can automatically perform KH and pH tests up to 24 times per day. After testing, it calculates and doses the correct amount of KH buffer solution to maintain stable alkalinity levels. Large corrections are safely divided into smaller dosing intervals for added stability.

Smart app control

Using the Kamoer Remote app, users can:

Set testing schedules
Monitor KH and pH trends
Receive push notifications and alerts
Calibrate pumps and probes
Update firmware remotely via WiFi

Advanced safety features

The KH Manager includes automatic retesting for abnormal readings, configurable dosing limits, reagent monitoring, and alerts for low or high solution levels. Data and settings are stored on the device during power or connection interruptions.

Expandable reef automation

With the optional E1 expansion box, the KH Manager can connect to compatible D&D P4 or P4 Pro dosing pumps to automatically adjust multi‐element dosing schedules based on KH demand. It can also control a Kamoer FX‐STP pump for calcium reactor feed management.
