Juwel's Bio Extra Large filter media is designed for use in their Bioflow 8.0 filter.
Use the filter baskets for your filter system to make maintenance even easier!
The coarse and fine blue filter sponges house the most important bio-cultures, the large surface mass promotes the production of useful bacterial colonies. Simply rinse the sponges in old aquarium water to clean, so as not to destroy the bacteria.
The carbon sponge is perfect for the removal of ammonia and other pollutants. It also eradicates odour and discolouration from the water too.
