This Swell LED Aquarium Dimmable Nano Light 12cm is a compact, easy-to-install aquarium light that has been specially designed for small tanks. It may be small, but with 24 bright white/red/blue LEDs packed into a 12cm-long lighting strip it packs a big punch, and an energy efficient one too.

What are the main features of this aquarium light?

This Swell LED Aquarium Dimmable Nano Light 12cm has been designed with small, open-top aquariums in mind. It has an adjustable clip-on mount that helps it to securely fasten to your aquarium's glass, as well as a flexible neck that allows you to manoeuvre it into a position that suits you.

It's also powered by a USB connection, so you can either plug it into the mains using the USB plug provided, or another USB device that can supply your light with power, like a computer or laptop. If you're setting up a small desktop fish tank, this USB connection is very handy.

The light itself has three lighting modes, which can be toggled between using the controller attached to the light's wire.

Plant Mode makes use of all the red, white and blue LEDs to offer a full spectrum of light that'll help your plants to grow and flourish. Daylight Mode uses the white and blue LEDs to create more natural-looking lighting patterns that enhance your fish's colours. And Moonlight Mode uses just the blue LEDs to replicate nighttime conditions for your aquarium's inhabitants.

The light is also dimmable. Just use the + and - buttons on the controller to increase or decrease the light's brightness.
