What is a Swell Quartz for UV Clarifiers?

Swell Quartz for UV Clarifiers are replacement quartz casings for UV lights in the Swell UV Clarifier Deluxe range. This is a spare part that can replace a missing or damaged quartz casing to keep your clarifier running smoothly and protect your bulb. The quartz casings have been designed specifically to work with the Swell Clarifiers and so they are easy to install and use.

How do you install the casing?

If you have a damaged quartz casing, simply switch off the clarifier, disconnect it from your water course and empty it of water. Then open the UV light chamber and remove the damaged quartz, taking care of any broken parts that might scratch you, and ensure that all fragments of quartz have been removed. Simply replace the new quartz in the place of the old quartz then seal the UV light chamber and reattach it to your watercourse, ready to clear your water again.
