The Cloverleaf Absolute Pearls - Aquarium are balls containing millions of microscopic nitrifying bacteria with the combination of fast acting bio-active enzymes that will rapidly break down any high and harmful levels of nitrate and ammonia in your aquarium. They will also help to prevent waste that is produced by dead algae and left over food from building up in your filtration system and will help reduce the levels of sludge in your aquarium
