The D&D Funktion DC Pump is a high‐performance, multi‐function DC pump designed for versatile aquarium use. Equipped with a unique digital controller, it offers advanced flow control with several wave modes and a constant running setting. It is suitable as a return pump, for powering media reactors, or as a closed‐loop pump (models 5000/6500/10000).
Key Features:
The D&D Funktion Pump comes equipped with a unique multi‐function digital controller, providing intuitive operation through a touch button pad and a backlit LCD colour display with adjustable brightness. The controller supports four versatile flow modes: constant flow, wave mode, pulse mode, and random flow, allowing you to customise the water movement in your aquarium to suit various needs. You can fine‐tune minimum and maximum power settings within the wave and pulse modes and adjust the maximum power when using the pump in constant mode. Practical features like feed mode, an on/off function, and automatic run/dry protection with shutdown safeguard both the pump and your aquarium system. The controller includes a multi‐language interface, a screensaver, and a detachable mounting bracket for flexible installation.
Installation of the D&D Funktion Pump is designed to be highly adaptable. Models 5000, 6500, and 10000 can be installed externally, while all models are fully submersible. The pump outlet can be rotated to face upwards, left, or right, offering versatile positioning within your setup. Each pump comes with a standard suction cage for submerged use, quick coupling unions for hassle‐free removal, and a variety of flexible and rigid pipe connectors to suit different plumbing needs. An innovative "Elephant Nose&/quot; suction attachment is also included, allowing the pump to draw water from the bottom of the tank or sump, effectively reducing surface vortices, limiting bubble carryover, and aiding in the removal of detritus.
Special Features:
Elephant Nose Suction Attachment: draws water from tank bottom, prevents surface vortices, minimises bubbles, and helps remove detritus.
