Description:

Haplochromis Electra, also known as the Electric Blue Hap, creates a stunning, colourful, and lively aquarium display. With its sleek, bullet-shaped body, typical of the Cichlidae family, this fish makes an excellent centrepiece for a well-planned tank.

These active Cichlids are known for their territorial nature. They thrive best in a spacious aquarium of 66 gallons or more, with ample rockwork to provide structure and territory boundaries. When housed with other Haplochromis, care must be taken to match sizes, as they can be aggressive toward smaller fish.

Diet:

Feeding Haplochromis Electra is straightforward. They are unfussy eaters that will readily accept high-quality dry, frozen, and live foods. A varied diet is essential for maintaining vibrant colouration and long-term health.
