Description:

The Blue Zaire Kapampa Frontosa is a premium variant of the Cyphotilapia frontosa species and one of the most sought-after types due to its deep blue colouration and majestic appearance. Native to the deep waters of Lake Tanganyika, this fish is admired for its slow, graceful swimming and striking black stripes over a rich blue body.

Semi-aggressive and territorial, especially during breeding, the Frontosa does best in a spacious species-only tank or with tankmates of similar size and calm temperament. They thrive in stable water conditions and prefer dim lighting to mimic their natural habitat.

Diet:

Frontosa are omnivorous and do well with high-quality flakes or pellets as a staple. Supplement their diet with freeze-dried or frozen krill, plankton, or similar protein-rich treats to enhance their colour and vitality.
