What is the Sicce Syncra SDC?

The Sicce Syncra SDC is a high-performance water return pump with built-in WiFi connectivity. It can be programmed and adjusted with the controller provided, or with a mobile phone via the free-to-download ContrAll app. Thanks to this connectivity, these pumps can be kept under control and programmed wherever internet access is available.

As well as being easily controllable, the Sicce Syncra SDC is incredibly powerful and energy efficient, despite its compact size. It can also be run wet (internal) or dry (external) and it comes in a variety of sizes, from a 6.0 model capable of pumping 5,500 lph to a 9.0 model capable of pumping 9,000 lph.

What does the Sicce Syncra SDC controller do?

The Sicce Syncra SDC comes with a controller that can be easily wired into your water return pump and mounted on a metal surface with its built-in magnet support.

This controller has five pre-set modes that you can toggle between and customise to suit your needs.

This controller also lets you pause your Sicce Syncra SDC while you perform maintenance tasks, like routine cleaning and/or water changes.

What does the ContrAll app do that the controller doesn’t?

While the Sicce Syncra SDC can be operated solely with the controller that comes provided, it’s at its best when used with both the controller and a mobile phone equipped with the free-to-download ContrAll app.

This app, which is incredibly intuitive and easy-to-use, lets you synchronise and customise your settings for multiple pumps. It also has an alert system for: 1. Blocked rotor, 2. Dry running, and 3. Loss of signal.

How do I install the Sicce Syncra SDC?

After assembling your Sicce Syncra SDC and attaching your desired hose fittings, place it inside (or outside) your aquarium or sump. Then, attach hoses to the inlet and outlet of your Sicce Syncra SDC before you plug it into a mains outlet and turn it on.
