The Swell UK Iris sibirica plant is an attractive, free flowering blue Iris with a white and yellow throat. Despite its name, this plant is a native of Europe, not Siberia. As with all iris, the tubers are harmful if eaten. It prefers damp rather than waterlogged soil. Keep the crown well above the water's surface. After foliage has died back in Autumn, cut back to just above the water's surface. If trimming is left until spring, take care not to damage emerging shoots. Suitable for full sun or partial shade.
